Hello & Welcome
I am a conscientious, calm and professional leader with full enhanced DBS working as a Health and Wellbeing Advisor and Mental Health First Aid Instructor with experience in a large acute NHS Trust.. I am motivated, organised and efficient individual with an interest in Workplace Wellbeing and extensive experience in administration and secretarial roles. As a pro-active member of my community, I am Chairman of a local non-profit community group and Co-Chair of the Iver Heath Village Hall charity.
I am flexible, approachable, and understanding with a track record of working at different levels throughout a project and service. I have held a clean UK Car and Motorbike Driving License for over 15 years. I hold British and Swiss Passports.
I am a Media Volunteer for Mind and I've also written for The Huffington Post, the CALM charity website and my story was featured in an article in The Guardian newspaper. I've appeared on Sky News, BBC Newsbeat, LBC and talkRadio. I've also been a shortlister for the Mind Media Awards since 2016.
My second passion is acting and I have appeared in films such as "Dogged" (IMDB 2017) and "Nefarious" (IMDB 2019). I am the Chairman of the Iver Heath Drama Club where I have been acting since I was a child in plays and pantomimes. I am proud to be the Pantomime Dame.
I also directed the UK Premier of the hilarious comedy play: "Cancelled". In my recent past, I was a Primary School Teaching Assistant working with different ages and 1-to-1 with SEN Children and a Senior Medical Secretary in the NHS.
I have presented/produced Radio shows on community radio as well as appearing on TV and radio as an actor and a mental health campaigner. In my past I made a career in customer service, entertainment and customer relations; whether face-to-face, online or in written form.
